Dear Troy,
Thank you so much for everything you have done for me over this past 12
weeks. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fitness workouts every morning. The
variety is great and you inspire everyone in the group to do their best
every session. Your belief in everyone helps them to get through the things
that they think impossible. Who would have ever thought I could run around
Centennial Park 1 1/2 times?? Certainly not me!! I have learnt a lot over
the last 12 weeks about health, fitness and also, most importantly, about
me.
Thank you again for everything. It is greatly appreciated.
