What do our clients think?I like to keep it simple, here are a handful of the compliments that I didn't ask for. The compliments that my clients have written to me in cards, emails or texts simply because they felt like it.Hey Troy, I just wanted to say to you, a truely heart felt THANK YOU!! Who would have thought that, that unfit and fat man that came to you over 2 years ago would be doing something like these adventure races. They are a great physical and mental challenge in a team, but as a solo race it was even more testing. My finishing the solo race on a physical and mental level was due in large to you, because you have challenged me go that extra bit in training physically and mentally. The other force that helped me through the race was my usual team mates in my head .... Nelius saying just keep moving forward, drink more water and have another Gu!!, and of course Adam saying come on Penola, you need to keep moving, and we need to go that way!!! Because of you and your obvious love of what you do, you have made a huge difference in my life for the better!! Healthier, Fitter & Leaner!! Now before this gets all too ego boosting for you, let me tell you that you still are an arsehole when you push me in training, I still hate running middle/long distances albeit much less than I used to and you SUCK!!!! But THANKS!!! D Thanks for everything Troy! Rohan and I have never been this motivated about excercise ever and the difference in both our fitness levels is incredible. Such a shame we had to leave! One of the few disappointing things about the move is not being able to train with you guys anymore.
