One on One Personal Training
The majority of our training is done in a small group environment due to it's many benfits such as;
- Cost effectiveness, train unlimited sessions per week for less than the cost of one 1on1 personal training session.
- Train more frequently for much faster results due to many classes running every weekday and no added cost to attend more classes.
- Added motivation of other like minded people training around you.
- Group training has a positive effect whereby when someone is pushing themselves hard, it makes other people around them push harder than they ordinarily would.
- Less time is spent chatting with the trainer and more time is spent working out.
- Make some new friends.
We do however conduct many 1on1 personal training sessions daily because group trianing is not suited to every individual.
One on One personal training is best suited to;
- Individuals with specific sporting goals.
- Pre and post natal females.
- Individuals with injuries that need special attention.
- Morbidly obese individuals.
- Some people just don't enjoy group training.
I base the majority of my training on the CrossFit methodology of constantly varying functional movements at high intensity.
This is the fastest way to reach peak fitness and any weight loss goals
The main focus for the majority of my clients is weight loss and toning, but I have many fit clients who just want a healthier body and to be
pushed that little bit harder than they would on their own.
We provide workouts for all fitness levels from the totally sedentary and obese client to the active super fit client.
Nutrition is of the utmost importance in regards to weight loss and health, so together we can get your diet in order
to have your body functioning at it's peak.
By working with a personal trainer, you are guaranteed to get 100% out of every
workout and I will monitor your technique closely to ensure you stay
injury free.
At your first session, we will conduct a fitness assessment to
establish exactly where you are starting from. We will re-assess at regular intervals
to monitor your progress and ensure you are heading towards your goals.

fitter body long after the training session is over!

Two on One and Small Group Personal Training
Training with a friend is a fantastic idea. It will make your training sessions cheaper and you will have
somebody else to motivate you throughout your workout the rest of the week. You're less likely to cancel a jog around the park if you are meeting a friend!
If you have a few friends who are ready to get fit and healthy, we can accomodate up to 8 people in a small group personal training session.
The cost per individual gets cheaper with the more people who train.
Personal Training Locations
Our preferred indoor personal training location is our private personal training studio in Kensington.
Our preferred outdoor personal training locations are Centennial Park, Coogee and Rushcutters Park.
We are also available to train at your home, office, beaches & parks in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney when requested.
