Fitta Bodies Personal Training is a complete fitness training service. Whether your goal is to lose fat, reshape your body, increase muscle mass or just improve your overall fitness, we are here to help.

We are the co-owners of "My Body" Fitness Health and Wellbeing studio, where we provide 1on1 and small group training.

We are well known for providing outdoor group personal training in Centennial Park. Our unique outdoor group training camp targets fat loss as well as helping you to improve your fitness through our wide variety of challenging and fun workouts to suit all fitness levels.

We have provided numerous exercise programs for CLEO and COSMOPOLITAN Bride as well giving expert advice in Good Health and Medicine and Benoit magazines.
We were also the trainers of the N.S.W State winner of the National Body For Wife weight loss Challenge in conjunction with Mix 106.5 and Channel 7 Sunrise.
