Why is group training so good compared to personal training or just having a gym membership?
Group training is highly motivating as you are surrounded by likeminded
people with similar goals.
There are 5 sessions available to you per week. Come to
2, 3, 4 or all. The choice is yours. The more sessions you take advantage
of, the better your results. Have fun challenging yourself and achieving
real results in a social environment.
This cost is less than 1 personal training session. You could pay
$77 for 1 personal session with me, or you could have up to 23 group
sessions per month for only $235.
You will maximize your results through consistency of training.
Why do you train 5 days per week? Most other companies only train 2 or 3.
Everybody should be doing some form of training atleast 5 days per week.
I have structured my classes so you don't need a gym membership and you don't need to drag your
butt out to exercise on your own. I am providing you with a cheap way to have an appointment
with a personal trainer for every one of your workouts. Now what could be better than that!
I structure the classes so that you have the variety to attend everyday and not get bored or overload the same muscles repeatedly.
I can only attend 3 days per week due to work commitments, is it worth me joining?
Of course! Even based around 3 days attendance, our group training works outs cheaper than
most other groups around that only provide 3 days per week. and with our system, you can vary the days of the week that you attend.
This week you might come Mon, Wed and Fri, but next week you have a night out on Thursday, so you come Mon, Tue, Thur.
3 days per week is better than none. I reality, most people only attend 3 days per week, but it is really great to plan for 5 and see what happens.
The fact is, the more regularly you attend, the better your results!
What is the difference between your group training and the so called "Bootcamps".
Before I tell you the difference, let me firstly let me tell what is same.
We train early mornings, outdoors in a group environment and I test your fitness at the start of every month.
Bootcamp is a word that is used far too often these days. The reality is that only a handful of bootcamps
are authentic and I am sure they are not happy about the way the term is thrown around either.
I do not provide bootcamp. I have never been in the military so I would not dare to call my group a Bootcamp,
this is something important to look out for if you are choosing a real Bootcamp.
*I don't yell at you, I encourage you
*I do get you down on the ground for exercise, but I don't make you roll around in the mud
*I use equipment such as weights, skipping ropes, agility tools, boxing and kickboxing equipment
*I provide all the support you need during the week. I am only an email or phone call away.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The classes are held rain, hail or shine, so be prepared
to get wet if necessary.
