Our high intensity group fitness training classes are
designed to challenge all levels of fitness, from the absolute beginner to the superfit.
When it comes to real overall fitness, the exercise requirements of either party only differ by degree not by kind.
The fact that we focus on broad overall fitness means that we do not stick to a set program prescription,
but we utilise atleast 6 completely different workout syles. Whilst we repeat each type of workout approximately once a week,
the content in the workout varies greatly from week to week.
In addition to this, we conduct a fitness test on the first day of the month.
This is not for our benefit, but for your's, so you can be blown away when you take the test again next month!
With commitment to our training, you will see significant results in the first 4 weeks.
All of the classes focus on improving overall fitness, strength and weight loss.
The workouts we provide but are not limited to are:
*X fitness - A high intensity fitness class developed by Fitta Bodies borrowing methodology from the CrossFit principles utilising functional bodyweight resistance, sandbags, battling ropes and plyometric training
in a format which involves timed or repetition metcon challenges to push you beyond your comfort zone. This isn't your ordinary circuit class!
*Boxing - Everyone's favourite! Get your heart rate pumping and your fists a flying!
*Body Weight Blast - Throw away the weights and make your body your machine.
I'll show you what your body is capable of in this strength and resistance based class designed to work you from head to toe. No equipment required!
*Kickboxing - We utilize kicks from Kung Fu and Kickboxing to create a high intensity workout that focusses mainly on the lower body and the heart rate.
Who knows, your new found self defence skills might come in handy one day too!
*Fun and Fitness - We use games and team activities to give you an awesome cardiovascular workout.
You'll be having so much fun you won't realise you have just sprinted your butt off. Literally!
*The Hill - Think of a very short steep hill. Now think of using it in any way imaginable. You've got The Hill!
*Battling Ropes - Using heavy ropes, you will get an intense upper body, core and cardio workout. Voted best cardio tool of 2009 by Mens Health magazine.
*Mystery box - This class could be anything. I dedicate this class to all those aspects of fitness that don't fit into a specific category.
So don't bore yourself plodding along on the treadmill or doing
that same weights program you have been doing with little results
for the last six months. Challenge yourself in a fun, energetic,
social outdoor environment and achieve serious results in as little
as 1 month with our early morning group training classes.

*I am confident that by consistently attending my classes you can get to the fittest state of your life.
I believe this because of the wide variety of disciplines we use, the amount of sessions avaliable to you and the intensity of the classes.
Do I have to be at a certain level of fitness to join?
Definitely not. There are no performance expectations in my classes, only effort and attitude expectations.
I love to see everybody putting in their best individual effort at each and every class. This will help you reach your goals faster.
Most people join needing to improve their overall fitness, lose some weight and feel better about themselves.
If this sounds like you, then you are the perfect candidate for the class. What sort of class would I be running if I couldn't help those who are most in need of help?
On the other hand, if you are super fit and want to join, then that is great, because I can show you what real fitness is.
When you join me already fit, expect to be pushed that much farther. There is always room to improve!
Why is group training so good compared to personal training or just having a gym membership?
Group training is highly motivating as you are surrounded by like minded
people with similar goals.
There are 5 sessions available to you per week. Come to
2, 3, 4 or all. The choice is yours. The more sessions you take advantage
of, the better your results. Have fun challenging yourself and achieving
real results in a social environment.
This cost is less than 1 personal training session. You could pay
$80 for 1 personal session with me, or you could have up to 23 group
sessions per month for only $235 or less.
You will maximize your results through consistency of training.
Why do you train 5 days per week? Most other companies only train 2 or 3.
Everybody should be doing some form of training atleast 5 days per week.
I have structured my classes so you don't need a gym membership and you don't need to drag your
butt out to exercise on your own. I am providing you with a cheap way to have an appointment
with a personal trainer for every one of your workouts. Now what could be better than that!
I structure the classes so that you have the variety to attend everyday and not get bored or overload the same muscles repeatedly.
I can only attend 3 days per week due to work commitments, is it worth me joining?
Of course! Even based around 3 days attendance, our group training works outs cheaper than
most other groups around that only provide 3 days per week. and with our system, you can vary the days of the week that you attend.
This week you might come Mon, Wed and Fri, but next week you have a night out on Thursday, so you come Mon, Tue, Thur.
3 days per week is better than none. I reality, most people only attend 3 days per week, but it is really great to plan for 5 and see what happens.
The fact is, the more regularly you attend, the better your results!
What happens if I am away for work or holidays?
If you know you will be away for part of the month, I will work out a price according to the time you will be present for training.
Put it this way, you won't be paying if you're away on a planned trip!
But if you decide to get lazy and hit the snooze button far too often, then please don't ask for a refund!!
What happens if the weather is bad?
The classes are held rain, hail or shine, so be prepared
to get wet if necessary.
How much does it cost?
1 month course: $235 includes GST
You can attend all 5 classes per week and are encouraged to attend atleast 3 per week.
No lock in contracts and no direct debit forms. Just pay month to month if you choose to return.
