Small Group Weights Circuit Training
Circuit training is a fun and effective way to build muscle whilst maintaining an elevated heart rate for the course of the hour.
We use a combination of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, fitballs, olympic rings, chin up bars, TRX suspension slings and cable machines to give your whole body a workout.
The workout is suitable for all fitness levels, but if you don't have any experience with weight training,
I recommend starting off with 1 personal training session to get you up to speed with the techniques so that you feel comfortable at your first class.
Classes are limited to 8 people maximum, so we can ensure everybody is working safely and effectively
Classes currently run
Monday - 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Wednesday - 6pm to 7pm
Cost: $30 per person per class
